

The serial number for your K-Classic will be in one of two places. Lift and remove the reservoir and you’ll find it. The serial number is on the back of the coffee maker, behind the water tank. Now you can tip the unit backwards to show the SN.

The serial number is on the bottom of the coffee machine. If your water tank is also on this side, you will need to lift it and remove it to find the SN. The serial number is on the left side of the unit. Tip the K-Duo Plus backwards to find the serial number. The serial number is on the bottom of the unit, on underside of the round drip tray. Before you tip it backwards to find it, make sure the water reservoir is empty. The serial number is on the bottom of the K-15.
