The Messages Beta worked on Lion until it expired on December 14, 2012. My OS X Lion system allowed me to log into FaceTime the last time I tried it and I don't think I ever tried iCloud before on that system. I am also not allowed to log into FaceTime or iCloud on this system. I used MultiBeast v5.2.1 with Chimera v1.11.1 r1394 and installed Mountain Lion on my Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard (BIOS F10) with a Intel Core i5-2500K CPU and XFX Radeon HD 6870 video card.Įverything went smoothly and I am typing this now on my new Mountain Lion system, but I have run into the Messages problem as stated in iMessage Won't Work thread.
